We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

This fee helps cover processing, inspection, payment processing, and restocking costs.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all items within the following collections are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

Accounts exhibiting suspicious activity may be restricted from future purchases.

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions;
  • Submission of evidence to payment processors;
  • Collection actions where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks using shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, IP logs, billing verification, and fraud-prevention records.
